Bloom represents the ability to grow past the pain. The woman painted on the canvas is myself, through this period in my life i grew through really hurtful situations in my family environment. Playing the role of the "healer" in my loved ones pushed me to constantly look through two different lenses in life. The lens of the person who understands everything happens with reason.. and the lens of the person who is hurting. That chapter in my life symbolized the epiphany that flowers do not bloom without rain. This painting defines everything serving purpose, even pain.
