Each order is prepared with intention. Many pieces are produced in small batches or finished by hand, so processing times may vary slightly depending on collection volume.


 


DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.)


Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.


Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.


 


Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Pre-order and presale items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.






If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.


 





INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 


International shipping times vary by destination and local customs regulations.

  • 7-21 business days for USPS International delivery
    • 

  • 5-10 business days for UPS International delivery

Custom duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping rate. We do not offer refunds for unpaid import fees.


We are not responsible for delays caused by custom processing.










LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS


All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.


Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and transit handling are managed by the carrier directly. If your package appears delayed or misrouted in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping provider to initiate a missing mail search using your tracking number.


If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can review the case and determine next steps.


Once a package is marked "Delivered," Clouhaus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting secure delivery locations whenever possible.




 




PRE ORDERS


Items listed as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock and are produced or sourced specifically for your order. 


Estimated fulfillment timelines are provided within the product description. In some cases, production and delivery may take 6-11 weeks, depending on supplier timelines and collection volume.


Pre-order items will ship once inventory arrives and has passed quality inspection. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated estimated timeline.








MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED


Some items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location or collection type. 


If you receive part of your order before the remaining items, please know the rest are still in process and have not been forgotten. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it is dispatched.
