For a long period of my life i was seeking to find a feeling of fullness that was never present. Seeking a happiness that seemed so far away because of battles with looking back into the past, or past versions of me. I painted myself - my own body naked to represent the vulnerability i was feeling at the time. Wishing upon paper cranes that were held by other people without feeling freedom as myself.
